A fall ripening apple similar to Grimes Golden found in historic orchards throughout Colorado including Montezuma County, Weber Canyon, Hermosa Valley, and Poncha Springs. Cold hardy.
Its historic name has been lost to time but DNA tells us it is of old ancestry.
