Description
Originated on a farm in Missouri in the 1800’s. Prized for its fresh eating qualities and vigor and productiveness of the tree. Large, roundish-oblate fruit. Smooth, deep yellow skin sometimes with reddish-orange blush. Firm, yellow, juicy flesh, aromatic and flavorful. Widely planted across Colorado by early fruit growers. Found in a historic orchard by MORP, but is now considered an endangered apple.
