A rootstock seedling discovered by MORP in a 1930 era historic orchard located in Montezuma County, CO. Its skin is so deep purple that from a distance it looks like a plum. An outstanding fresh-eating apple with white, tender flesh that ripens in the fall. DNA results show its parents are Delicious x McIntosh.
